Melanie has a wealth of experience spanning over 25 years across hospitality, private members clubs and super prime residential estates. She started her career at Claridge's and The Savoy, which lead to further opportunities in 5 star establishments across Asia, the Middle East and South Africa. Melanie's last role was at Chelsea Barracks, where she was involved in the mobilisation of the estate and enjoyed working as Residents Manager prior to joining R&R Head Office in Operations.

At Fitzjohn's, Miotti will be supported by a Concierge who will be available on-site 12 hours a day 7 days a week as well as a State Operator.
